Swahili Food in Nungwi, Cooked by Our Dadas

In Swahili, dada means sister. At Binta House, the dadas are the women who run our kitchen, and the heart of the house. They cook the way they learned from their mothers and grandmothers: slowly, with coconut, lime, fresh fish and the spices that made Zanzibar famous.

This isn't a hotel restaurant. It's home cooking, served with the stories that come with it.
